Former Chelsea manager,Thomas Tuchel has warned his successor, Graham Potter, that “nobody trusts the process anymore”.
After a fine start at Stamford Bridge, Chelsea have suffered losses lately.
The former Brighton boss has come in for increasing scrutiny already, with defeat to Arsenal in the Premier League followed by a Carabao Cup exit at the hands of Manchester City.
For Tuchel, anger at Chelsea cannot extend beyond a “short period” or Potter will find little buy-in to his methods.
“My experience in Chelsea, Paris, Dortmund and Mainz, it is about the results.
“You can overcome one loss, a short period… but it cannot be too long otherwise nobody trusts the process no more,” Tuchel told the Ayurvedic Healing & Beyond Podcast.
