Italian manager Antonio Conte is highly recommended for his wining record in his previous managerial appointments and he is looking to make his term at Spurs no different. For a club that has not won silverware since the Carling Cup in 2008, Conte clearly understands the task that lies ahead for him and his players in North London.

Spurs manages to edge North London rivals Arsenal to a Champions League spot last season and will now hope to challenge for major titles this season.
