No less than 50 kids have been saved from an underground loft in a church in Ondo town, Ondo state.
It was accumulated that the kids were kidnapped and kept in the underground cell.
The Suspects
The minister of the church and different accessories have been captured by police detectives in the town.
The kidnapped kids were found in a viral video moving on social media.
They were seen in a police patrol vehicle which took them to the police headquarters.
A voice was heard in the video saying “There are abducted kids tracked down in the underground cell of a church in Valentino Area of Ondo.
“The Pastor and a few members from the congregation have been captured and were likewise in the patrol van of the police.”
Representative for the state police command, Funmi Odunlami, affirmed the discovery by police investigators.
Odunlami said the casualties had been taken to the Akure headquarters of the Command.
As per her, “I don’t have the details yet however they are carrying the victims to the headquarters.
“I will give you the details when I get it from the DPO.”
