Godson, the Personal Assistant to Grammy Award-Winner, Wizkid has taken to social media to blast comedian, Carter Efe for releasing a song as a tribute to Wizkid while also taking shots at Sungba crooner, Asake.
Recall few days ago comedian Carter Efe alongside Berri Tiga released released a tribute song titled “Machala”, a nickname which the Wizkid is also known by.
The song gained massive recognition among music lovers and becomes the rave of the moment as it hit No1 on Apple music in Nigeria.
Carter Efe expressed his utmost joy as the overexcitation in him shows that he didn’t see the song becoming a hit in the Nigeria music industry.
In his words; “I am the first Comedian to have a song that’s Number 1 in Nigeria.”
In another video, Carter Efe replied those attacking for making the Machala’s song as they claimed that he’s doing it to chase clout.
In his words, ” “I am not doing all this To Chase Clout, I am doing this because I love Wizkid.”
However, the personal assistant to Wizkid during a live session on Instagram dragged the Machala crooner calling the song different kinds of names.
Godson claimed that Nigeria as a country is going through a lot of hardship that include, poor electricity, ASUU strike, atrocities being committed by terrorist, kidnapping among others and all Carter Efe could come up is to create a tribute song for Wizkid.
Godson said; “Nigerians love listening to nonsense music that can’t cross over, what is i Dey do like Machala.”
He added; “You guys are fucking stupid, then better go and be Machalla then, Fucking lunatics’ I don’t have time.”
Speaking further, Godson slammed “Sungba” crooner, Asake over his song lyrics as he goes against messages his song passes to the youths.
