Journalist calls out Headies for disqualifying singer Portable

Nigerian journalist, Joey Akon has called out the organizers of the Headies Award after the organizers recently disqualified street singer, Portable from the nomination

Recall that yesterday, the organizers of the award announced the disqualification of Portable over negative acts and death threats.

Joey Akan in a post shared via his official Twitter handle, Joey Akan said that Headies Award had never stated requirements for the character needed to be exhibited by artistes off the mic and further claimed that there are others in the nomination list that are neither saint or angel.
