Ifeanyi’s Death: Police Issue Statement, Arrest All Domestic Staffs In Davido’s House

The Lagos State Police Command has issued a statement confirming the arrest of all domestic Staffs of Popular singer, Davido following the death of his son, Ifeanyi.

The command’s spokesperson, Benjamin Hundeyin made this known on Tuesday morning after report of Ifeanyi’s death went viral.

Recall that  VoiceofNG reported Ifeanyi died after drowning in the swimming pool in the Banana Island residence of the artiste this evening. He was said to be under water for a very long time before being spotted.

Speaking on the unfortunate incident, the Lagos PPRO said preliminary investigation is currently ongoing to unravel what led to the boy’s death.

He said, “Domestic staff at Davido’s home have been taken to the station to give their own account of what happened. I wouldn’t call that arrest yet.

“If after they all give their own account of what happened and after preliminary investigations, if anyone of them is found culpable, the person will now be placed under arrest”.
